You must fill the form in our website with all your travel requirements. We will respond to your request as soon as possible with all the necessary information.
Payments can be made through credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express), bank transfer or PayPal.
Upon booking, you will be asked to pay 50% of the total cost of the service (10% referring to the administrative fee *up to a limit of €1,000 non-refundable, and the remaining of the 50% must be paid up to 45 days before the start of the service.
Regarding to cancellations, the following rules apply
In case of booking non-refundable services operated by third parties, they will be charged to the customer. At the time of booking, the customer will be duly informed, and it will be effected after the respective consent.
Tailor Made means that your experience will be designed by you and operated by us. In this sense, the only existing limits are your imagination and the existing offer at the destination.
