What is the booking process?

You must fill the form on our website, choosing the date and vehicles and proceed with the payment for the wanted service, this being in pre-booking. As soon as we confirm our availability, we will send all the necessary documentation and concluding the reservation.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payments can be made through credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express), bank transfer or PayPal.

Regarding to cancellations, the following rules apply

  • Up to 48h before the start of the service: complete refund
  • Between 48h and 24h before the start of the service: 50% refund
  • Less than 24h before the start of the service: no refund

How will we meet at the Airport/Hotel?

One of our drivers will be waiting for you at the Airport arrivals hall or at the Hotel front door, reception or lobby. The driver will also have a plate with your name.
